1. General information
The main objective of the course is for the student to acquire knowledge and understanding to carry out the leadership and management of a project from its initial phases to the corresponding audit and closure of the project. Special emphasis will be given to systems engineering as a project management tool.
These approaches and objectives are in line with the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/) in such a way that the acquisition of the course learning outcomes provides training and knowledge, skills and competence to contribute to their achievement to some degree.
